Well what can we say, after 12 months of detailed planning & a few panics along the way, our day finally arrived ! Our display of members work looked stunning & envy of many branches; our morning speaker Carl Wilde had the audience in 'stitches' with his tales & Vivienne Westwood garments; & our local girl, Contemporary Embroideress Louise Gardiner wowed the audience with her work & inspiration.
Congratulations to the competition winners, which included some of our very own members & a BIG thank you to the Committee, the other people who helped make the day run smoothly & of course all those who attended. We hope you enjoyed it too.
